Step 1: Place Your Order

• Browse the shop and select the style and size that best suits your needs.

• Once you’ve made your choice, place your order directly through the shop.

• If you have questions or need assistance before ordering, don’t hesitate to reach out for guidance!

Step 2: Confirmation Email & Intake Form

• After placing your order, check your inbox for a confirmation email.

• This email will include a link to the intake form, where you’ll provide:

  • A detailed description of your pet, including their personality and what they mean to you.

  • A high-resolution photo of your pet (you’ll upload this directly through the form).

• The intake form helps ensure that your pet’s unique spirit is beautifully captured.

Step 3: Intake Form Review & Next Steps

• Once your intake form is submitted, I’ll review it carefully.

• If any details are missing or unclear, I’ll follow up with you via phone or email to ensure I have everything I need to start creating your portrait.

Step 4: The Creation Process

• With all the necessary details in hand, I’ll begin working on your custom pet portrait.

• Throughout the process, I’ll stay in touch to provide updates or address any questions.

Step 5: Completion & Delivery

• Once the artwork is complete, I’ll package it with care and ship it to you.

• You’ll receive a notification with tracking information to ensure it reaches you safely.
