• Processing Time: Each custom portrait is a unique piece of art. Please allow 7-14 days for your portrait to be completed and prepared for shipping.

• Packaging: All prints and custom portraits are carefully packaged to ensure they are well-protected during transit.

Returns & Refunds

• Custom Portraits: Due to the personalized nature of custom portraits, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items.

• Damaged Items: While we take great care in packaging our artwork, T Ann Marie Art does not assume responsibility for damages incurred during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
